·         Next, click on ‘Organize’ -> ‘Copy’ to copy all the files and folders of the old user account

·         Then, click on ‘Organize’ -> ‘Paste’ to paste the previously copied files into your new account.

·         Then, log into your new user account

·         Now, try running ‘Windows Update’ once again.
